You don't have to pay again. Open MindLotus → Settings → Restore purchases. Your unlocked content is restored automatically through Google Play and Firebase. If anything is missing, email app@zadio.bg with your Google Play order IDs.
All payments are processed by Google Play. Request a refund here: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. If Google Play declines and you believe you have a statutory right to a refund under EU/Bulgarian consumer law, write to app@zadio.bg and we will assist. See Terms §4.

Please tell us: device model, Android version, MindLotus version, what you were doing when it happened, and (if possible) a short screen recording. During the 14-day Guided Testing trial you can also send a diagnostic report directly from the in-app Testing page (Privacy Policy §2.6.1). Email: app@zadio.bg.
Make sure you are signed into the same Google account that you used for the original purchase, then run Settings → Restore purchases. If still missing, email app@zadio.bg with your Google Play order ID.
Cancel from the Google Play Store: open Play Store → tap your avatar → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MindLotus → Cancel subscription. You retain access until the end of the current paid period. No questions asked.
Send a takedown notice to app@zadio.bg following the elements set out in Terms §17 (DMCA / EU DSA).
Not yet. MindLotus is currently Android-only. Email app@zadio.bg to be notified when iOS becomes available.
