Content License
1. Vireks itself
The Vireks Android application, its source code, object code, user interface, icons, drawables, strings, sound files (if any), the website at zadio.bg/vireks, and all marketing copy are owned by ZADIO EOOD. They are licensed to you, not sold, on the terms set out in the Terms of Service.
You may not redistribute the application binary, reverse-engineer it (except to the extent permitted by Article 6 of Directive 2009/24/EC), repackage it under a different brand, or sublicense it. Forks, mods, and derivative apps are not permitted.
2. The Vireks name and logo
“Vireks” and the Vireks circular target logo are trademarks of ZADIO EOOD. Editorial use (referring to Vireks in an article, a review, an academic paper, an app comparison) is permitted; commercial use (selling unrelated goods or services under the Vireks name, or using the Vireks logo to imply endorsement or affiliation) is not, without our prior written permission.
3. Your recordings
The recordings you produce with Vireks belong to you. ZADIO EOOD asserts no ownership over them, no licence in them, no right of access to them. The files are created by the App on your device and stored locally in DCIM/VireksUserFiles/; they never reach any ZADIO-controlled server because no such server exists (and the App could not reach one anyway — see the Privacy Policy for the INTERNET-permission posture).
You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you record (see Terms of Service §8 “Acceptable use”). You retain all copyright, neighbouring rights, and database rights that subsist in your recordings, just as you would for a video shot with your phone's camera app.
4. No bundled audio / video / image library
Vireks does NOT bundle a library of stock content (audio loops, video clips, image packs, font files). The only assets shipped inside the Vireks APK are the App's own UI graphics, owned by ZADIO EOOD.
5. Third-party components
Vireks links to the Google Play Billing client library and the Android Jetpack libraries shipped by Google. Those components are used under their own licences (most notably the Apache License 2.0 for Jetpack); the third-party-notices file is shipped with the App and accessible from Settings → About → Open-source notices.
If you redistribute the Vireks APK (which the Terms of Service forbid), you would still be responsible for complying with the third-party licences in your hands; that is, the Apache-2.0 attribution requirement does not disappear because we have already complied with it on the Play distribution.
6. Screenshots, press kit, and editorial use
You may use the Vireks icon, the marketing screenshots shown on this website, and the marketing copy on the home page for editorial purposes — news articles, product reviews, software round-ups, academic papers, and similar. Please:
- Use the official icon at its native resolution and aspect ratio; do not skew, recolour, or composite it with other logos in a way that implies affiliation;
- Spell the name "Vireks" exactly as written; do not stylise the brand into ZADIO's parent name unless that is the point of the article;
- If you are publishing a Vireks tutorial that includes screen-recordings of the App in use, those recordings are yours under §3 above; we do not need a credit, but a link back to zadio.bg/vireks is appreciated;
- For high-resolution press assets (icon, logo, screenshots) email app@zadio.bg with “Press kit” in the subject and we will reply with a download link.
7. Contact
For licensing enquiries beyond editorial use (for example, OEM distribution, white-labelling, or co-branding for a corporate-IT deployment), contact office@zadio.bg.
