Cookie Policy

Short version: zadio.bg/vireks is a static HTML website. It does NOT set any cookies, NOT run any analytics, NOT load any third-party fonts or scripts, and NOT include any social-network tracking pixels. There is therefore no cookie banner to dismiss. The Vireks Android app does not use HTTP cookies either (and could not, because it has no INTERNET permission).

1. Why this page exists

Articles 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and 13 of GDPR require operators of websites to inform visitors of any cookies or local-storage values that are set on their device, and to obtain consent before setting any non-strictly-necessary ones. We provide this page even though Vireks sets none of either, because it is the simplest way to put the answer on record for our visitors and for any reviewer (Google Play, an EU data-protection authority, a security auditor) who needs to verify the claim.

2. The zadio.bg/vireks website

2.1 First-party cookies

None. The site does not set any cookies of its own.

2.2 Third-party cookies

None. The site does not embed third-party scripts, third-party fonts loaded from a third-party CDN, third-party iframes, social-network buttons / pixels, advertising tags, customer-data-platform pixels, A/B-testing scripts, heatmap recorders, or anything else that would set a third-party cookie or open an HTTP request to a third party from your browser.

The two outbound HTTP requests the site does intentionally render — the favicon set in the page header, and the Vireks icon image used as the open-graph image — are served from the same origin (zadio.bg/vireks) and do not set cookies. External hyperlinks (for example to policies.google.com, the EU ODR portal, the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection) are plain <a href> links: they only fire when you click them, and the destination site’s own cookie policy applies once you arrive there.

2.3 Local storage / IndexedDB / Service Worker

None. The site does not use the Web Storage API (localStorage, sessionStorage), IndexedDB, the Cache API, or a Service Worker. No state is persisted in your browser by visiting this site.

2.4 What the host server logs

The hosting provider that serves zadio.bg/vireks writes a standard HTTP access log for operational and security purposes: IP address, requested URL, response code, timestamp, user agent. That log is operated by the host as a sub-processor of ZADIO EOOD; the host’s own retention and rotation policy applies. ZADIO EOOD does not analyse, aggregate, or feed that log into any other system. The log is server-side; nothing is written to your device by it.

3. The Vireks Android application

The Vireks app does not use HTTP cookies, and could not use them, because its Android manifest does not include the INTERNET permission — the app is technically incapable of opening an HTTP connection. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-flow story.

4. If we ever add cookies

If a future version of the site introduces cookies or any equivalent client-side storage, this page will be updated in advance to describe each entry (purpose, category, retention, third-party recipient if any), and a GDPR/ePrivacy-compliant consent mechanism (true opt-in for non-essential cookies, with a granular reject-all option no less prominent than accept-all) will be added to the site. Continued visits without action will count as the user’s rejection, not as consent.
